Administration
The administrative department provides overall management and direction for the AIEC and is responsible for the association's planning, finances, budgeting and management communications with member-cooperatives. The administrative department consists of 12 staff members who range from the credit union staff, to administrative assistants, to those with AIEC management duties and responsibilities.
The accounting staff is responsible for the association's day-to-day finances. Others in the administrative department head youth programs. The IEC Federal Credit Union's staff is also part of the administrative department.
